Do I need to book an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?

What should I bring to my pet’s first visit?
Please bring any previous medical records, vaccination history, and a list of current medications. It’s also helpful to bring a fresh stool or a urine sample if your pet’s health problem is related to urination or defecation. Photos of any unusual behaviour is also very useful.
Do you treat exotic or pocket pets?
Our clinic primarily treats cats and dogs, but some of our veterinarians are experienced with small mammals like rabbits and guinea pigs. Please call ahead to confirm we can meet your pet’s specific needs.
What payment options are available?
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, Zip pay, after pay and pet insurance. We offer Gap Only claims where your insurance provider directly pays us the reimbursement and this helps to minimise your out of pocket expenses. We also offer Zip pay, after pay and Vet Pay options. Payment is due at the time of service. We’re happy to provide estimates and discuss costs before treatment.
How often should my pet have a checkup?
We recommend annual wellness exams for most pets. Senior pets or those with chronic health conditions may benefit from more frequent visits. Regular checkups help detect issues early and keep your pet healthy.
Do you offer emergency or after-hours care?
We handle emergencies during regular business hours. For after-hours emergencies, we refer clients to trusted local 24/7 emergency hospitals. Please call us if you're unsure—our team will guide you on the best next steps.
